      *Flamingos are known as graceful and majestic creatures that stand on one leg. There is no need to stand on one leg to be graceful, but ordering this iconic drink will put you right up there.

    Negroni R78
       South African Gin / Caperitif / Sweet Vermouth / Campari
      *Invented by Count Camillo Negroni, after asking a bartender to make his Americano cocktail (not the coffee)  a bit stronger by adding gin instead of soda water. Orson Wells said it best: "The bitters are excellent for your liver. The gin is bad for you. They balance each other out."

      *First made at the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky in 1880, it was made famous when served at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City in the same year. The cocktail has stood the test of time. We have added the tashas' touch to this classic."

      *Originally called The Painkiller, this drink hails from The Soggy Dollar bar in the British Virgin Islands. The bar's name comes from the fact that the sailors who attended this establishment always had to pay with their soggy money, as they were unable to keep it dry.

      *The Side Car is rumoured to have been invented at the end of World War I, by an American army captain who was known to have a motorcycle with one. The Ritz Hotel in Paris claims they created it. Either way we love it.

      *Invented by James Pimm in the 19th century, and originally marketed as a health tonic, this is the quintessential cocktail of Wimbledon, and now graces the menus of establishments all over the world.

      *This is a twist on the original Mimosa, invented in Paris at The Ritz in the 1920's as a brunch time drink. To add a bit more flavour and a lot more punch, we have added vodka and cointreau, to make what we hope will become a tashas’ classic cocktail.

      *This is our spin on the original French 75 created by ‘Harry himself’ at Harry's Bar in Paris. It was said to have such a kick that it felt like being shelled with the powerful French 75mm field gun. The addition of rose and chamomile makes this a more delicate version.
